Kevin Fischman

Chief Investment Officer

Kevin serves as Chief Investment Officer for Square Deal Capital, a single-family office, where he is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the firm’s entire investment portfolio.  In his role, Kevin is responsible for developing the long-term investment strategy and ensuring that all current and prospective investments are in line with this strategy. He also leads the investment committee as well as due diligence, risk management and providing insight and guidance on current market conditions. 

Prior to Square Deal, Kevin spent almost 15 years serving institutional investors with Bridgewater Associates. Most recently at Bridgewater, he was a senior member of a team tasked with structuring products and portfolios for investors. Prior to Bridgewater, Kevin spent a brief stint with KPMG and graduated with a degree in accounting from Fairfield University.

Kevin serves as a strategic advisor for several of SDC’s key portfolio investment companies. He also serves as an advisory board member for Cultivate, an accelerator focused on equipping both for-profit and non-profit ventures with a redemptive based framework.

Outside of work – Kevin’s greatest joy is spending time with his wife and four kids. He is a firm believer in the power of the Gospel’s ability to transform a heart and life, based on his own experience.
